Chez Gaby – serving you for over 50 years!
Chez Gaby took its name from Gabriel, who founded the restaurant with the support of his sister in 1967. Since June 2001, this family business has been successfully run by the second generation of the family, Barbara and Jules. The restaurant was extended by an addition of a wood-lined snug in 2008 because of an increase in demand.
At Chez Gaby, we serve good, homely meals and traditional Swiss dishes, beef fillet, Fondue Chinoise and home made pommes frites. We are famous for our consummate meat and fish specialities from the charcoal grill; this is located in the middle of the grill bar, where it creates a special atmosphere.You can look forward to an informal, cosy ambience at this traditional restaurant!
We buy from within the local region whenever we can. If we can't get the ingredients to meet our own high standards or delivery requirements from here, we fall back upon certain selected, long-term meat suppliers in other countries (Brazil) so that we can always guarantee you our high level of quality.
